To update your MFA and change your SSO password:
To change MFA:
After logging into the right, select the Enrollment tab.
 
 
 

Unlock Account
(must be able to log into
your Graceland email)
To change Password:
After logging into the right, select the Change Password tab.
Reset Password
(must be able to log into
your Graceland email)
Reset your expired or forgotten password
by answering challenge questions.

Monday through Friday, and non holidays or email them at TechSupport@graceland.edu. 
Please have/include your ID number.
This tool will give you access to

password to:
Sting Email Account
Employee Email Account
